EconomSys is simple and reliable billing software for the Windows ® operating system. It allows you to issue, search and print invoices, orders, proforma invoices, delivery notes, receipts and issue cards from the inventory, records of non-cash and cash payments up to exports to accounting systems. Issued invoices, as well as other documents, can be emailed directly from the software. Invoicing also enables the automatic issuance of recurring invoices for various services, rentals, parking fees, etc. The invoicing system can be operated independently as well as in a computer network. The data is stored in a secure and free transactional SQL database, which is part of the installation and takes care of the integrity and reliable storage of your data. This means that even with frequent power outages or accidental shutdowns of your PC, stored data will remain intact. Invoicing software EconomSys is intended mainly for self employers and for companies, which have their accounting processed by external accounting cmopanies. A reliable transactional SQL database will be appreciated especially by entrepreneurs who require a reliably functioning invoicing program, without outages and without of data loss, at an affordable price. The system will also be welcome in organizations where shared access to data on a computer network is required. This applies to access to documents such as orders, pre-invoices, invoices, delivery notes, business cases - orders, etc. as well as the management of stock records and stock movements. If your company is far away from each other and has a high-speed Internet connection, it is possible, in the network version of the software, to issue documents or to keep stock records via the Internet.
Invoicing allows you to complete the entire business case processing process, from registering an received order to issuing an invoice and shipping the goods. You can create a pre-invoice or issue an invoice from a registered or imported order with one click. If you invoice items from the inventory, the goods can be issued automatically from inventory with automatic creation of issue card from inventory. When changing the content of the issued invoice, with the associated issue card form inventory, the contents of the issue card are also automatically synchronized. The billing system allows you to create a delivery note from the issued invoice with one click or vice versa, issue an invoice or pre-invoice on the basis of the delivery note.
The program also allows you to record sent orders and received invoices. All issued documents can be exported to accounting systems for automated posting. Of course, there are print forms that contain the logo of your company and each user has the opportunity to customize the appearance of their documents. In addition, invoices include the code PAY by square to make it easier for your customers to pay invoice using a QR code. The invoicing also includes a module for creating, registering and printing quotations.
The documents you create allow you to add items to the document either directly from the inventory or from preset templates. Templates allow you to remember entire groups of items belonging to each other. This way, you can insert items into an invoice or other document with a single click by inserting a single template, for recurring items.
Automatic invoicing allows you to automatically issue documents (Invoices, Pre-Invoices, Quotations, etc.) that repeat. Invoicing of services, rent, energy, parking, etc.
Inventory software allows you to create and classify stock cards with any number of parameters, images and attachments. Stock cards can be divided into product groups in the form of a tree structure. Searching for goods in the inventory allows you to search for goods by stock card or by group of goods. Of course, there is a record of movements in the inventory, whether using average prices in the inventory or the FIFO system. Average prices in stock are recalculated automatically when each receipt or expense in stock changes so there is no need to run a inventory price recalculation when some stock movement is occured. The inventory program allows you to print catalogs of goods with a preset or even your own design. Stock cards and their movements can be exported, to external accounting systems or to e-shops. The inventory software can be used on its own without of invoicing. The program can be used in a network of computers, possibly also for the management of inventorys far away from each other, connected by high-speed internet.
Document records allow you to track the entire flow of data from the receipt of an order, through the issuance of invoices, record of payments for individual business cases until the removal and dispatch of the goods from inventory. All documents and received payments can be tied to individual business cases.
Transaction Database, even in the cheapest version of the program, ensures constant data integrity even in the event of accidental power outages or unexpected computer shutdowns. The program uses the free SQL database Firebird.
Although the program uses a transactional database, its installation is very simple, because the free SQL database is part of the installation. A separate installation of Firebird SQL Server is only required if you need to share billing data on a network of computers.
If your organization needs it, you can work with EconomSys on a computer network. In this case, you can restrict access for employees and automatic document numbering is handled by an automatic administrator.
EconomSys software allows you to import data from various economic systems. Some data can also be imported from different types of data files (CSV, TXT, XML, DBF, db) and databases (FDB, MDA, MDF) or EDI.
The EconomSys program enables export of data to accounting systems for easier automated accounting.
The billing system includes a contact address book. The directory allows you to print labels or envelopes in a variety of sizes, but you can also use it to print personalized sheets to your customers.

The invoicing software requires Windows® at least Windows XP SP 3. We recommend using Windows 7 or higher. The program requires less than 300 MB of disk space.
The network version of the application, when used in shared database mode, requires the installation of a free database server Firebird.
